Who We Are
Element Facility Solutions exists for one reason. Make parking lot maintenance painless for its vast customer base. We started as a striping-only contractor then quickly expanded into crack seal, seal coat, and asphalt repairs and eventually grew to take on large asphalt paving jobs. The company was founded in 2018 and has grown steadily since then. Headquartered in St. Louis, MO we can handle most of the midwestern states including Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, South Dakota, North Dakota, and of course Missouri.
